Staples Warehouse in Monroe NJ is a 200,000 square foot facility that operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. GreenTech reduced their electrical usage by 65%. Staples were able to offset the cost of the program by taking advantage of local utility rebates. The program paid for itself in well under two years.

Old existing 400 Watt Metal Halide technologies were replaced with New State of the Art Fluorescent technology. Light levels were improved and was the quality of light. Sensors were installed on aisle fixtures to turn individual lights off when the areas went unoccupied.

GreenTech Energy Services Office Projects

JP Morgan Chase

GreenTech Energy Services completed a lighting retrofit and replacement project for JP Morgan Chase in all of their branches in the State of New Jersey . Greentech facilitated all the required paperwork for the New Jersey Smart Start rebate program which provided a rebate of $57,960. The project generated $53k in energy savings had had a 3.6 year payback . "Greentech's lighting retrofit project was successful in every aspect. Their expertise was apparent in all phases of the design and installation." Manuel Patino, VP Property, Engineering and Technical Services.

After completing the project in New Jersey , Greentech then moved on to phase 2 and 3 which consisted of all the branch and office buildings throughout Central New York State.
