Michael Betsch

President and Co-Owner

Mike Betsch co-founded GreenTech Energy Services, Inc. in 1994, focusing on designing, engineering, and installing energy efficient equipment in commercial buildings. During his tenure, he has expanded the once small regional lighting retrofit company into a national energy services provider. Greentech has retrofitted over 20,000 buildings across nearly every U.S. state, including Puerto Rico and Alaska. Today, GreenTech operates as a true one-stop shop for energy solutions, offering integrated services ranging from solar energy and building envelope improvements to water conservation and EV charging.

Ed Hambor

Chief Operating Officer

With over 30 years of experience in sales and business management, Ed Hambor brings a wealth of strategic insight and leadership to the energy efficiency industry. Over the past 15 years at GreenTech Energy Services, Ed has played a pivotal role in the company’s growth and success, advancing from Account Executive to Vice President of Sales, and ultimately to his current role as Chief Operating Officer.

Ed’s deep understanding of client needs, coupled with his expertise in operational excellence, has helped GreenTech expand its market presence and deliver innovative, cost-effective energy solutions. His leadership style emphasizes collaboration, performance, and long-term partnerships, making him a trusted leader within the organization and the industry.

Linda Fitzpatrick

Financial Controller

With a remarkable tenure of 30 years at GreenTech, Linda has been integral to the company’s growth and success since its early days as the second employee. Her journey at GreenTech has been marked by versatility and dedication, quickly establishing herself as the go-to person for financial, staffing, operational, and day-to-day activities.

Currently serving as the Financial Controller, overseeing the company’s financial health while also managing various additional roles. Linda’s extensive experience and deep understanding of the company’s operations make her a valuable asset, capable of navigating complex challenges and driving sustainable growth.

Mike Matour

Vice President of Federal Business Development

Mike Matour brings over 30 years of experience in the Electronics and Energy industries, with nearly two decades dedicated to the ESCO sector. As Vice President of Federal Business Development, he partners with leading Federal Energy Service Companies (ESCOs) to deliver high-performance solutions in lighting, solar, building envelope, and water conservation—consistently exceeding energy savings goals.

Previously, Mike created and led the Center of Energy Excellence within Lutron Electronics, which developed Energy Savings solutions and services for both Federal and non-Federal energy customers.  This Lutron group created energy designs, performed energy analyses, developed ROI studies, and identified incentives for energy projects for ESCO customers across the globe under Mike’s leadership.

Mike began his career as an Electrical Engineer in the automotive industry, designing systems like cruise control and anti-lock brakes. He has since led teams in customer support, technical sales, and strategic development. Known for his customer-first approach, Mike is passionate about delivering cost-effective, innovative solutions.

He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University and an MBA from Villanova University.

Andrew Sheck

Director of Project Development

Andrew Sheck is the Director of Project Development at GreenTech Energy Services, where he specializes in designing and delivering high-performance lighting and control solutions. With a strong technical foundation and over a decade of experience in energy-efficient lighting systems, Andrew leads projects that help commercial and industrial clients reduce energy use, improve lighting quality, and meet regulatory standards.

His expertise spans LED retrofits, networked lighting controls, daylighting strategies, and utility incentive programs. As a CLEP-certified professional, Andrew is committed to implementing cost-effective, code-compliant solutions that drive sustainability and long-term value for clients across diverse sectors.

At GreenTech, he plays a key role in advancing the company’s mission to make energy efficiency both practical and impactful.

Michael Buckley

Director of Solar & EV

Bringing over 30 years of experience in energy conservation and sustainability. With a strong foundation in traditional energy efficiency, Michael has spent the last five years leading strategic initiatives in solar energy and electric vehicle infrastructure. His work focuses on advancing clean energy solutions, scaling innovative technologies, and driving measurable impact for clients across commercial and institutional sectors. A seasoned leader and forward thinker, Michael plays a key role in positioning GreenTech at the forefront of the energy transition.

Matt Colbert

Operations Manager

Driven by a lifelong interest in technology and energy efficiency, Matthew “Matt” Colbert started his career in the lighting retrofit industry as a laborer in 1995. This entry-level role was the first step in a successful career progression that saw him take on increasingly responsible positions, from electrician and project foreman to energy auditor and project manager, culminating in his current role as Operations Manager. In his 25-year tenure with Green Tech Energy Services, Matt has managed a diverse and successful portfolio of projects, from commercial and industrial buildings to healthcare, education, and government facilities.

Christopher Wagner

Senior Project Manager

With over 16 years of experience as a Project Manager at the same company, Christopher Wagner brings a proven track record of leadership, consistency, and long-term strategic impact. Throughout his career, he has successfully led cross-functional teams, delivered complex projects on time and within budget, and cultivated strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues alike.

Christopher is known for his hands-on approach, attention to detail, and ability to drive results in fast-paced environments. His deep institutional knowledge, combined with a commitment to continuous improvement, has made him a trusted leader and mentor within GreenTech.

Outside of work, Christopher values professional development and staying up to date with evolving project management methodologies and tools. His longevity and success in a single organization are a testament to his adaptability, loyalty, and passion for excellence in project execution.
