GreenTech Energy Services has been performing ESCO lighting and lighting control retrofits for Federal projects for over 15 years following Unified Facility Criteria, UFC 3-530-01, P100 GSA, and VA Design Guides. The latest UFC is based on ASHRAE 90.1-2019. For non-federal projects, GreenTech Energy Services has complied with ASHRAE or IECC standards based on the accepted version by State and customer requirements since 1994. We have lighting and lighting controls experts on our development team that can design good, better, and best designs to meet the ROI needs of the customer. GreenTech Energy Services has a team to process utility rebates and calculate 179D tax deductions.
